Sessions every Saturday Monday and Wednesday
Gentle and open yoga classes for you every week in your own home with me.
Ensure you have a mat and a block to hand, for support during some standing asana and some seated asana, particularly meditation. Wear relaxed, light clothing to explore traditional yoga sessions in a relaxed, friendly group – a great, healthy way to share time on screen with friends and like-minded people, while building strength and stamina and perhaps seeing the world in a slightly different way. These sessions aim to balance the mind and body with the exploration of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation.
